Key Responsibilities:
- Summarize and recap shipment details, including status updates and reports.
- Handle insurance documentation and processing for shipments.
- Maintain customer and prospect data in Salesforce.
- Generate and analyze data reports using Excel to track marketing and shipment performance.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with business operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in handling shipment documentation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
