Marketing Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Summarize and recap shipment details, including status updates and reports.
• Handle insurance documentation and processing for shipments.
• Maintain customer and prospect data in Salesforce.
• Generate and analyze data reports using Excel to track marketing and shipment performance.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with business operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in handling shipment documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
