  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

To assist in review regulations and law for publicly listed company in order to ensure relevant law & regulation compliance across internal company’s activities

Job Accountabilities
  • Perform relevant analysis to regulatory and law regarding Good Corporate Governance (GCG), investment, and corporate (PT), that affect XL as a corporation
  • Review regulations and law for publicly listed company and be updated with its revisions and changes
  • Design and ensure relevant law & regulation compliance across internal company’s activities
  • Operate and coordinate Long Term Incentive (LTI) Program
  • Prepare relevant documents in relation to LTI release/notification, etc. to share Administrato
  • Liaise with HCD on execution of Annual LTI Grant, Quarterly Blackout Period, Validation of stock sell/buy from LTI Participants
  • Ensure good corporate governance practices in company’s activities
  • Supports CEO, BOD and management team in driving Board best practices and tailoring the GCG practices framework
  • Conduct GMS in compliance to OJK & Company Law
  • Support relevant internal policies and procedures within Corporate Secretarial Office Unit
  • Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
