Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed qualification of incoming leads over the phone to assess suitability for business and franchise opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate key information, including required skills, purchase price, and other essential details regarding business acquisitions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, providing clear and professional support during client interactions.
  • Document and report on lead status, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining organized records in the CRM system.
  • Operate effectively within CRM software for day-to-day process follow-ups and lead management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex business concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently in either a remote or office setting.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing data efficiently.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience in business ownership is preferred but not required.
