Responsibilities:

- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making by the President Director. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of corporate strategies and initiatives.

- Risk Management Advisory: Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice to the President Director on potential risks and issues affecting the company's operations and objectives.

- Executive Counsel: Offer accurate and timely counsel to the President Director on a wide range of topics, including business operations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.

- Metrics Management: Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports to measure and track key performance metrics aligned with the President Director's priorities and goals.

- Workflow Management: Manage incoming work and priorities effectively to support the President Director's agenda. Collaborate with other team members as needed to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.

- Report Oversight: Oversee the compilation of all reports within the company, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting deadlines.

- Communication Coordination: Serve as the central communication point between the President Director, Board of Directors, senior management, and operational teams. Facilitate clear and effective communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Corporate Leadership Support: Provide leadership support to the President Director in the implementation of corporate actions and initiatives. Coordinate and oversee the execution of strategic projects and corporate governance processes.

- Corporate Records Management: Maintain and update the company's organizational structure, executed agreements, transaction documents, and corporate records, including meeting minutes and filing documents.

- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures in alignment with the President Director's vision and corporate objectives.

- Training and Compliance: Provide training to directors and employees on corporate governance matters, compliance requirements, and best practices.

- Legal Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation, review, and assessment of relevant legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and letters of intent. Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary.

- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with appointed stakeholders, including notaries, external counsel, share registrars, and relevant regulators, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Business Licensing and Permits: Provision assistance in obtaining and maintaining necessary business licenses and permits, including corporate OSS system registration and Business Identification Number (NIB).

- Special Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the President Director to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar and related field

- Experience working directly with CEOs or executive-level management strongly preferred.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive and enthusiastic learner.

- Strong English language skills (written and verbal).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to start within 1 month, ideally immediately.
