Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative individual who can seamlessly blend the art of videography and video editing into one dynamic role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and photos, and editing these materials to produce engaging content for our digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage of our properties, events, and other real estate activities.
- Take professional-grade photos that highlight the features and appeal of our listings.
- Edit videos and photos to create compelling marketing content.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure the visual content aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Maintain and organize video and photo libraries.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques to enhance our visual content.
- Proof and manage the visual content across our social media platforms to ensure consistency and engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent photography skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual media.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
- Experience managing and proofing social media content to ensure high engagement and brand consistency.
