Job Description:
• Handling user inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
• Serving customer needs with a friendly, sincere, and empathetic attitude.
• Managing customer complaints wisely and professionally.
• Understanding different client types and providing personalized and appropriate service for each customer.
• Acting as a liaison between the technical team (developers and implementation) and customers to ensure smooth project execution and solutions.
• Managing a high volume of chats and emails quickly while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score without relying on templates.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience as customer support are welcome to apply.
• Required Skills: Computer or technology literacy, proficiency in chat support, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Preferably experienced in an IT/Computer - Software environment or similar role.
