As a Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible to drives sales growth, manages client relationships, and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales within the food and beverage is preferred in a managerial or leadership role is also highly valued.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a sales team, providing training, and managing performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and develop strategies.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Certifications related to food safety and quality standards may be beneficial, depending on the specific role and industry requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute sales strategies specifically for food and beverage products to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use this information to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including restaurants, hotels, distributors, and other relevant businesses. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the food and beverage products offered, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team. Provide training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Use data to forecast future sales and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the sales budget for the food and beverage division, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while also working to retain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals and favorable terms for both parties.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive sales and increase brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies.
  • Work closely with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to sales, customer service, or product quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the food and beverage offerings meet their needs.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, including those related to health and safety, quality standards, and ethical practices.
