The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and developing strategies to enhance sales performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Transit Report: Track and report details of shipments and stock, including production, shipment, and landed stock on a weekly basis.
  • Sales Program AFA Proposal and Budgeting: Create sales program proposals and budget requests based on allocated budgets. Track program outcomes and budget utilization.
  • Sales Online Program: Draft program letters to dealers, explaining current sales programs and initiatives.
  • Competitor Movement / Market Intelligence: Analyze and gather information on competitors’ sales programs and discounts in the market.
  • Sales Presentation: Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, including MC and PDCA internal meetings.

Preferable Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in all tasks
  • Good command of English; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage
  • Enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic working environment
