Job Description:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards
- Conduct site inspections to verify design and construction alignment
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Provide technical support throughout the construction process
- Work closely with the construction team to resolve any design-related issues
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Certification in Technical Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and regulations
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drafting, technical engineering, or architectural design
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
