BMW Eurokars is looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our team and ensure that our warranty claims and processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims for submission to the manufacturer in line with BMW's warranty guidelines.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including invoices and repair records, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
- Communicate with service departments to resolve any warranty-related issues.
- Liaise with BMW's headquarters for warranty claim approvals and audits.
- Monitor the status of warranty claims and ensure payments are received promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience in warranty administration, preferably with premium automotive brands.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with warranty claim systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments.
- A proactive and organized approach to handling multiple claims at once.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
