Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Content Creator at Orbit Future Academy. The Video Content Creator (Experienced) is responsible for managing and executing the entire video production process, from conceptualization to filming, editing, and post-production. This role focuses on creating engaging and high-quality video content that aligns with the organization's brand and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Developing ideas for video content that aligns with marketing strategies and target audience interests.
Creating storyboards to visualize the sequence of the video and plan each scene.
Setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage
Collaborating with marketing and social media teams to develop a content strategy that maximizes audience engagement and meets business objectives.
Ensuring all video content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and visual standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience creating high-quality video content for various platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video styles (e.g., explainer videos, product demos, customer testimonials).
Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for video content that resonate with the target audience and align with brand identity.
Plan and coordinate video shoots, including scriptwriting, storyboard creation, location scouting, and scheduling.
Knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio equipment to capture high-quality video footage.
Film video content using professional equipment, ensuring high production quality and adherence to project specifications.
Edit video footage to create compelling narratives, incorporating music, graphics, and effects as necessary.
Conduct post-production tasks such as color correction, audio editing, and finalizing video files for distribution.
Collaborate closely with creative teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketers, to ensure cohesive storytelling across different platforms.
Willing to travel to shoot video.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the education or technology sectors, familiarity with the Indonesian market, and proficiency in additional languages.
