Requirement:
- Minimum D3/S1 in all majors
- Minimum 2 years experience in Event Organizer, or as Event Staff
- Have extensive networking
- Understand event specs (booth, backstage) and familiar with loading in and loading out event
- Having no issue with time of working, specifically for prepare and loading in & out event
- Able to work under pressure and on a dateline
- Mastering Ms. Office and communication skill
- Placement in West Jakarta, temporary for 3 months
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordination with related team about loads event
- Coordination with malls or other event venue
- Event planning, reporting, and perform other tasks related to event and community activities
