Requirement:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in all majors
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Event Organizer, or as Event Staff
  • Have extensive networking
  • Understand event specs (booth, backstage) and familiar with loading in and loading out event
  • Having no issue with time of working, specifically for prepare and loading in & out event
  • Able to work under pressure and on a dateline
  • Mastering Ms. Office and communication skill
  • Placement in West Jakarta, temporary for 3 months

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with related team about loads event
  • Coordination with malls or other event venue
  • Event planning, reporting, and perform other tasks related to event and community activities
