  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Data Services Engineer/Specialist

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing network equipment from multiple vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving network-related technical issues.
  • Deep understanding of network protocols such as UDP/TCP and OTT applications.
  • Expertise in maintaining network performance and security through advanced firewalls and routers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PS Services performance across Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and DNS.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end network issues on Firewalls, NAT, DNS, and Routers from multiple vendors (Huawei/Cisco/Juniper/ZTE).
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to network failure, integrity, performance, or success rate (HTTPS, OTT Apps, UDP/TCP Protocols).
  • Manage network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls from vendors like Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, and ZTE.

    • Technical Expertise Required:

    • DNS: F5, Infoblox
    • Firewalls: Nexus, SRX, FirePower, Fortigate
    • Cisco: ASR Series, NCS Series
    • ZTE: ZXCTN 6120H-S, ZXR10 M6000-8S
    • Juniper: MX & ACX Series, ES Switches
    • Huawei: CX600, ATN, NE40, NE8000, NE40E, Eudemon FW
