Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Commis role at Le Bajo in Flores. As a Commis, you will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, effective communication, cooking, and applying culinary skills to create exceptional dishes that reflect our tropical-inspired concept.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Knowledge of Hygiene standards
• Strong Communication skills
• Passion for creating culinary delights
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Culinary degree or relevant certification
  

Requirements

1.) Preferably based in Labuan Bajo.
2.) General education relation to Hospitality.
3.) Previous experiences in the same positions, or hospitality is highly desirable.
4.) Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
5.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
6.) Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and pleasant personality.
7.) Descipline and good team player.
8.) Can join immediately.
