Accounting Executive

Position Overview : As an Accounting Executive at Setter Co-working and Private Office Space, you will play a strong role in the Accounting and Finance Department. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver financial reporting based on PSAK to the Finance Manager, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and assets reconciliations.
• Check and review journal entries including accrual transactions posted by junior accountant and make sure all the transactions are posted correctly according to the newest PSAK.
• Review on day to day basis invoices from vendors and ensure that withholding tax is applied properly including monthly tax calculations (Art.21, 23/26, 4(2), VAT, and Stamp Duty) based on General Ledger.
• Preparing Annual Corporate Income Tax Return, Quarterly CIT Calculation, and automation related to corporate tax.
• To provide other report regarding operational company, such LKPM, etc

Qualification :

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from a reputable university.
• Having a minimum of 3 years experience in the accounting field.
• Preferably with experience in a public accounting firm.
• Holding Tax Brevet, A&B certificate is a MUST
• Familiar with accounting system applications ( Xero, Oracle, SAP)
• Having in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Having knowledge in accounting and tax audit, financial analysis, and internal control.
• Having high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
