We are still looking for an IT Project Manager to join our client's expanding team!

Key Duties:

• Project Investigation: Assess project feasibility, technical viability, and resource requirements.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timeline planning, task assignment, and resource allocation.
• Team Management: Hire, lead, and mentor project teams, ensuring they meet project goals.
• Process Management: Oversee the project process, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly reports on project progress to stakeholders.
• Completion and Delivery: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent in a computer science-related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT project management or software engineering.
• IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT fields, including web front-end, back-end, mobile development, and AI technologies.
• Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, from inception to completion.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with common software development languages, tools, and methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate project goals, status, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams, with a focus on hiring the right talent and ensuring team efficiency.
• Work Location: This position is office-based, with remote work permitted until the office is operational. The office will be situated in South Jakarta.
• Employment Type: Full-time, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI Knowledge: An understanding of AI trends and applications, particularly in areas like Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.
• Technical Versatility: Experience with a range of technologies used in IT and AI projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently design solutions and manage technical challenges within projects.
