Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Create high-quality content for website and optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Research and implement SEO recommendations for website
- Efficiently communicate to align goals & collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in search trends, PPC strategies, and SEM best practices.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as SEO Supervisor
- Experienced in website analytics software and keyword tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Moz.
- Familiarity with on-page SEO, off-page SEO & other technical SEO
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis, optimization, and reporting.
- Through knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
- Possess a positive attitude; and is meticulous; focused; organized; diligent; able to multitask; independent, Creative, innovative, and accuracy and attention to details.
- Professional & Excellent communication (written & oral)
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
