As a Receptionist & Administration at TMS Consulting, you will be the face of the company, ensuring smooth daily operations of the office by providing excellent front-desk service and supporting administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Handle courier services, mail distribution, and other logistical tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee contact lists, visitor logs, and other relevant information.
  • Assist with filing and documentation tasks to keep records up-to-date and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or visitors.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
