As a Receptionist & Administration at TMS Consulting, you will be the face of the company, ensuring smooth daily operations of the office by providing excellent front-desk service and supporting administrative tasks. You will handle a variety of tasks to ensure efficient communication and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and other logistical tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee contact lists, visitor logs, and other relevant information.
- Assist with filing and documentation tasks to keep records up-to-date and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or visitors.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
