Position Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the dealership, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, sales growth, and efficient operations. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty to the dealership.
  • Oversee the showroom display, ensuring it is always well-presented

Operations Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management, including vehicle ordering, receiving, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

Service Workshop Management:

  • Supervise the service workshop, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair services are provided to customers.
  • Manage the service team, including technicians and support staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
  • Implement efficient scheduling and workflow processes to maximize workshop productivity and minimize customer wait times.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and service workshop management in a luxury car dealership setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and operational strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
