Key Account Executive (Medan)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and build long-term relationships with key accounts in the Medan area, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Develop sales strategies to achieve targets in the Medan region.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services according to company standards.
4. Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions to increase sales and customer loyalty.
5. Monitor sales performance in the assigned area and provide regular reports on target achievements.
6. Negotiate contracts and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Identify new business opportunities in Medan and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Willingness to be based in Medan and travel as needed.
4. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
5. Proven experience in managing large accounts and dealing directly with key clients.
6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
7. In-depth knowledge of the market and business dynamics in the Medan region.
8. Proficiency in using analytical tools and account management software.
