About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Partnership Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth through strategic partnerships and effective sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the business, merchant, and product teams to identify opportunities, foster relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:

  • Work with the Sales & Partnership Manager to create and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs.

Partnership Development and Management:

  • Establish, manage, and nurture relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements ensuring beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with partners to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.

Sales Performance:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the business team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with the merchant team to integrate partner solutions and enhance offerings.
  • Coordinate with the product team to provide market feedback and influence product development.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Address and resolve any client or partner issues promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the Sales & Partnership Manager.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within Banking, Financial Services or Telecommunication Industry.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
