Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our client's online presence and drive organic traffic. If you have a passion for SEO, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you! This is a remote position; however, candidates should be based in Malang or the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and develop actionable strategies
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for improved search rankings
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
  • Implement link-building strategies and outreach campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and ranking factors
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Proficiency in English language-based communication
