Branch Manager Cikarang

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable business and operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from a reputable university
• Having a business background with a minimal 9 years’ banking industry
• Preferably having a strong customer base (lending)
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal, relationship, and communications skills
• Proficiency in financial management and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in English

Job Descriptions:
