Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations and Inventory Coordinator to manage stock levels, verify shipments, and support fulfillment operations for business across Singapore and Indonesia on various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and accurate data management across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Verification: Monitor and adjust stock levels on Shopee, Lazada (Singapore), Amazon, Tiktok Shops, Shopee, Tokopedia (Indonesia) and others, with special attention to key sales date.
  • Shipment Verification: Check daily shipments in Indonesia and Singapore to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manual E-commerce Orders: Process manual orders fB2B and B2C and push them to the warehouse.
  • Ad-hoc Queries: Respond promptly to operational queries from Warehouses in Singapore and Indonesia.

Monthly Accounting Tasks:

  • Save sales reports and marketplace invoices for Indonesia and Singapore, ensuring accurate reporting with product barcodes.
  • Prepare stock movement reports for accounting department.
  • Verify invoices in Xero.

Fulfillment Operations:

  • Verify fulfillment billing, ensuring accuracy in shipment volumes, delivery costs, and storage volumes.
  • Reconcile month-end stock levels with warehouse data and correct discrepancies.
  • Assign tasks to the warehouse for packing and dismantling multi-pack boxes.

Moi Sklad Warehouse System Management:

  • Input production and shipment data into Singapore and Indonesia warehouse systems.
  • Record stock adjustments, returns, and marketplace sales reports with accuracy.
  • Ensure no negative balances and correct prices across all entries.
  • Record customer payments based on monthly bank statements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia) and fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Xero and inventory management systems like Moi Sklad is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
