GM Product Branding, is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive branding strategy for the Jewelry category. This role encompasses overseeing brand identity, positioning, and messaging, while driving brand awareness and preference. The successful candidate will lead the brand building efforts, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints to elevate the brand's positioning.

Strategy and Development

  • Develop and implement a long-term product brand strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.
  • Define and articulate the product brand's unique value proposition and positioning.
  • Define & implement product launch plans with a cross-functional team (Brand Management, Public Relation, Product Development, Merchandising, Learning & Development) to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives.
  • Do R&D with designer team whats going on the market
  • Define Product Development and Product Planner
  • Managing product attribute
  • Manage Stock level to ready in Store
  • Make sure product display including Visual Merchandise

Branding

  • Communicate marketing brief & collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure action plan implementation and success.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives and develop compelling product story, messaging and value propositions to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate offerings in the market
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines including visual merchandise
  • Manage product lifecycle and identify opportunities for product line extensions

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Has a keen eye for design
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
  • Proven track record of success as product branding and developing brands for a minimum of 8 years of experience in related strategic roles such as Merchandising, Product Innovation, and Research & Development.
