Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Snack Manufacturing Company. Our client is seeking for several Packaging positions to support their manufacturing operations. This position will be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Position 1: Packaging Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in process improvement and technical capabilities building, leading productivity and projects to enhance Key Performance Indicators in packaging line manufacturing.
  • Qualify and validate process changes, new materials, and lead root cause analysis; collaborate on project planning, budgeting, and scheduling; work with production and engineering teams to provide technical training.
  • Standardize procedures to ensure consistent process delivery and foster idea generation for productivity and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in the packaging industry, preferably in F&B, with at least 2 years as an engineer or packaging specialist. Strong technical/engineering background, excellent English, and independent work capability.
  • Proficient in data analysis with strong problem-solving skills. Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a strong plus.

Position 2: Packaging Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct packaging activities and operate machinery following established procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues and participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Maintain a clean work area, collaborate with team members to meet production targets, and complete production documentation accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a packaging operator in snack/food manufacturing.
  • Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree; strong attention to detail and technical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to work on shift, including nights or weekends.
