Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent at Swissôtel Nusantara in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and effective communication with guests on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in handling reservations and managing communication effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent
