Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Collaborate in brainstorming, creating, and scheduling captivating posts for our various social media platforms.

Engagement: Monitor, engage, and interact with our online community to foster brand loyalty and maintain active and positive conversations.

Analytics: Assist in tracking social media metrics, providing insights to optimize content and strategies.

Trend Spotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring Aeris Beaute remains at the forefront of digital engagement.

Collaboration: Partner with our marketing and design teams to develop cohesive campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Active and well-versed in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Exceptional communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a keen interest in digital marketing.
