  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsible to ensure that all Recreation activities are carried out properly, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient processes for handling The Apurva Kempinski Bali guests in a responsible manner in accordance with Kempinski standard.

Key Responsibilities

The job of Recreation Attendant is executed satisfactorily when:

  • CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) results are rated on an average with "5" and above.

  • Recreation area is always well maintained.

  • Meet and exceed guests expectations.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Liaise with the Recreation Manager to create a safe environment for all guests during activities.

  • Ensure guests fill out the registration form for activity correctly, containing necessary information.

  • Ensure equipment is clean and properly maintained.

  • Follow daily and weekly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Manager.

  • Ensure all safety briefing well conducted to the guests before start the activity.

  • Ensure all activity rules and regulations are enforced at all times.

  • Maintain an inventory of all recreation equipment.

  • Attend to guest at all times in a friendly and caring manner.
