Description

The Spa Therapist - Beautician will deliver a variety of spa treatments and personal care services, including massages, facials, body treatments, hair treatments, nails treatment and other services, tailored to the guests' needs. They must ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are met, contributing to a luxurious and relaxing spa experience for all guests.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments and personal care services, including massages, facials, body treatments, hair treatments, nails treatment and other services such as massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs, adhering to the hotel's standards and protocols.


• Customize treatments based on guests' preferences and needs, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.


• Stay updated on the latest techniques, products, and industry trends.


• Greet guests warmly and provide detailed information about available treatments and services.


• Conduct consultations to understand guests' health and wellness goals.


• Ensure guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and pampered throughout their visit.


• Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.


• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room and spa facilities.


• Ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized and in proper working condition.


• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling spa products and treatments.


• Manage appointments and schedules efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and spa productivity.


• Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and products used.


• Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guests' experiences.
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The qualifications needed are as follows:

• Indonesian citizen with high school diploma or equivalent; formal spa and cosmetology program completion; state licensure or certification.


• Preferred previous experience in spa & beauty services.


• Proficiency in beauty & spa treatments, knowledge of products, excellent customer service, and attention to detail.


• Passion for the beauty & spa industry, strong communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work independently or in a team.


• Able to communicate in both Indonesian and English Language
