Wolkk is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our digital banking solutions for SAP Fioneer Digital Bank. You will bring your expertise in both manual and automated testing to ensure the reliability and performance of our software systems. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for QA, mobile testing, and FinTech experience to work in a collaborative environment with a global client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automating Tests: Develop, implement, and manage automated tests to ensure the functionality and performance of various applications.
- BrowserStack & Mobile Testing: Utilize BrowserStack for cross-browser testing and perform rigorous mobile testing to ensure compatibility across devices.
- Backend Testing: Conduct backend testing using tools like Postman to validate APIs and backend services.
- Test Management: Oversee the Test Management System, ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and test coverage.
- Security Testing: Implement security testing processes to ensure the safety and compliance of the software.
- Database Testing: Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper PostgreSQL testing and database management.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentoring Juniors: Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, helping them grow their skills and improve testing methodologies.
- Work Planning: Plan, estimate, and assign testing tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion.
- On-Call Support: Be available for on-call support and shifts outside office hours to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in the FinTech industry.
- Experience with BrowserStack and mobile testing.
- Strong background in automated testing and test management systems.
- Hands-on experience with security testing and backend testing (using Postman or equivalent tools).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management and testing.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office 365 tools.
- Experience planning and estimating testing tasks, as well as mentoring junior team members.
- English Proficiency: B2 level or higher.
- Ability to work outside office hours and participate in on-call rotations.
