Regional Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

PT. United Family is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Regional Account Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and ensure monitoring of stock and purchase orders from modern trade accounts: supermarkets, hypermarkets, and minimarkets.
• Responsible for achieving sales and growth targets in the assigned territory by coordinating with SPG and MD.
• Negotiating contracts, discounts, promotions, and other marketing activities with modern trade accounts.
• Able to Business review with Distributors and their Modern Trade Accounts.
• Develop effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure proper implementation at store level.
• Compile regular sales reports and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Coordination with Sales Team, Internal Marketing and Distributors
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of any field
• Proven working experience as a Key Account Supervisor (MT) in FMCG company for 2 years
• Great managerial, analytical & strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skill
• Experienced in processing and analyzing data
• Experienced in using Ms. Office
