- Bachelor of Agricultures Business, Animal Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related major (required).
- At least five years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager, preferably within the feed industry.
- Capable of assessing and evaluating key performance indicators such as ROI and KPIs.
- Good Communication in English.
- Strong analytic abilities, results-driven mindset, and strategic thinking.
- Possess strong commercial abilities, including sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Strong network within livestock farm in Indonesia.

- Understand customer requirements and expectations.
- Analyse, develop and implement sales goals & plans.
- Maintain and grow the market share within a specific sales territory.
- Execute marketing meeting with sales team.
- Develop a territory business planning.
- Expand animal feed product business by acquiring new customers across multiple segments, including feed, fertilizer, and other value-added markets.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial solutions with customers to maximise product value.
- Collaborate effectively with other divisions nationally and internationally.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
- Meet management expectations to achieve specified sales targets in terms of volume and selling price.
