  • Bachelor of Agricultures Business, Animal Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related major (required).
  • At least five years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager, preferably within the feed industry.
  • Capable of assessing and evaluating key performance indicators such as ROI and KPIs.
  • Good Communication in English.
  • Strong analytic abilities, results-driven mindset, and strategic thinking.
  • Possess strong commercial abilities, including sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong network within livestock farm in Indonesia.

Our Client is a leading aquaculture company in Indonesia and produce and sells feed, fry, pet food, probiotics, shrimp products and processed food for domestic and export markets. They expanded to Global market

  • Understand customer requirements and expectations.
  • Analyse, develop and implement sales goals & plans.
  • Maintain and grow the market share within a specific sales territory.
  • Execute marketing meeting with sales team.
  • Develop a territory business planning.
  • Expand animal feed product business by acquiring new customers across multiple segments, including feed, fertilizer, and other value-added markets.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial solutions with customers to maximise product value.
  • Collaborate effectively with other divisions nationally and internationally.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
  • Meet management expectations to achieve specified sales targets in terms of volume and selling price.
