We are looking for a passionate Digital Content Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing digital ad creatives, collaborating with our creative team, and driving performance improvements to achieve our business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field from reputable university.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in creative ad optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, and website optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative flair with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media platforms.

Job description:

  • Review digital ad creative performance on a daily basis and devise optimization plans accordingly.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance ad performance, aiming to increase click-through rates (CTR), conversions rate, and overall ROAS.
  • Conduct thorough content research by benchmarking against competitors and other brands to ensure our ad creatives remain relevant to the target audience
  • Develop ads creative brief that will be handed over to the creative team so they can develop the content.
  • Utilize your creative flair and marketing acumen to design engaging and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to bring your ad concepts to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor ad campaigns to inform your creative approach
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creative elements (e.g., visuals, copy, call-to-action) to determine the most effective variations.
  • Continuously optimize ad creative based on performance data and user feedback to maximize conversion rates and engagement.
  • Manage SEO and website optimization
  • Create Product Display Picture brief based on brand and regulatory
  • Manage content production timeline, mood board, shot list, and execution
