About the Role

As an Assessor, you are responsible to conduct employee assessment according to the needs and applicable regulations to provide assessment results that can be used as a basis for employee development process,

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology.
• 3-5 years experience as an Assessor.
• Deep understanding in psychometrics.
• Experienced in creating psychological assessment from scratch is a big plus point.
• Excellent analytical skill.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling employee assessment according to process stages and employee availability to ensure the entire assessment process runs effectively and efficiently.
• Preparing the equipment and facilities needed for the assessment process to enhance the smoothness of the assessment.
• Conducting assessment for employees at specific levels (for external requests/recruitment) according to procedures and authority to obtain accurate data related to the mapped competencies.
• Scoring and preparing reports on the assessment results for employees at specific levels according to the agreed service level agreement to ensure that accurate and timely reports are available.
• Creating and analyzing assessment questions to ensure the availability of valid and reliable battery tests.
• Providing feedback to users regarding assessment results and preparing recommendations for necessary development.
