  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our center through its next phase of growth. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, drive business development, and ensure our clients receive world-class service.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the business's daily operations. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees and onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Manage operations and finances of business
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, including client acquisition, retention, and service expansion.
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
  • Drive the development of employees
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience in a general management or operations role, ideally in the wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or spa industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting. Strong communications skills
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for wellness, health, and innovation, with a deep commitment to client service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with wellness treatments and services such as IV drips, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric therapy is a plus.
