About our Client:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of organizational strategies and goals. Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO based on research and analysis. Support the CEO in decision-making processes and help translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
  • Oversee and coordinate key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals. Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure effective execution and delivery of projects.
  • Monitor and analyze organizational performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance excellence.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or teams within the organization. Work closely with other members of the executive team to align goals, coordinate efforts, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Facilitate com munication and collaboration among different departments to ensure alignment and efficient operations. Support the CEO in managing and leading the Managers, including organizing and coordinating team meetings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address operational issues and inefficiencies within the organization. Develop and implement solutions to improve processes and enhance productivity.
  • Assist the CEO in navigating and managing crises, emergencies, or challenging situations that may arise, including developing and implementing response plans.
  • Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, which may involve research, analysis, and implementation planning.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to the executive, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.


Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a social enterprise, retail company, startups, or other organizations with complex projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, able to communicate well with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for social impact and women’s empowerment.
