Role overview:
- Service, Repair and Maintenance of Surveying and Monitoring Technologies
- Provide high level customer support
- Document troubleshoots and inventory management
- Be up-to-date with relevant technology trends
- Collaborate with other divisions to ensure smooth client experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (a MUST)
- Preferably have 2 years of experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Preferably have experience troubleshooting surveying / monitoring technologies
- Have analytical & problem solving skills, loves to learn and is customer-oriented
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel
