Job Description:
- Design strategies and implement IT projects according to the agreed budget and timeline
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks to ensure smooth IT project implementation
- Develop, store, and maintain detailed and systematic project documentation
- Establish effective coordination between all parties involved in the project, including internal and external teams such as vendors
- Monitor the use of project budget and resources to be efficient and effective
- Lead & manage IT project teams, set goals, and ensure achievement of results in accordance with established quality standards
- Conduct regular communication with all stakeholders, including clients, to ensure transparency and satisfaction
- Prepare and present progress reports and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Must have a background in the Multifinance industry
- Minimum education of S1 in IT/Management/related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with in-depth knowledge of IT technologies and mastery of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills, including leadership, adaptability, and creative problem solving
- Experience in project development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, as well as in risk management and problem solving
