Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement OD strategies that are aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Structured company organization to optimize efficiency, communication, and workflow.
  3. Collaborate with managers to define and shape company culture.
  4. Develop and review competency dictionary, conduct workload analyst.
  5. Prepare QMS worksheets (SOP, Job Analyst, Work Instruction/Manual Book).
  6. To create, record, implement and monitor the Company's KPIs.
  7. Make Company Regulations, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  8. Mediate and resolve disputes between employees, labor unions, and management.
  9. Support and advise management on employee relations issues.
  10. Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction, engagement and retention.
  11. Do end to end recruitement / talent management

Qualifications:

  1. Major in Human Resources Management or Psychology
  2. Experienced in HR for 3 years, focusing on Organizational Development and Industrial relation will be a plus
  3. Having strong business acumen in Manufacturing or FMCG Business
  4. Have a growth mindset and adaptability in fast paced environment
