Job Description:
- Develop and implement OD strategies that are aligned with organizational goals.
- Structured company organization to optimize efficiency, communication, and workflow.
- Collaborate with managers to define and shape company culture.
- Develop and review competency dictionary, conduct workload analyst.
- Prepare QMS worksheets (SOP, Job Analyst, Work Instruction/Manual Book).
- To create, record, implement and monitor the Company's KPIs.
- Make Company Regulations, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Mediate and resolve disputes between employees, labor unions, and management.
- Support and advise management on employee relations issues.
- Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction, engagement and retention.
- Do end to end recruitement / talent management
Qualifications:
- Major in Human Resources Management or Psychology
- Experienced in HR for 3 years, focusing on Organizational Development and Industrial relation will be a plus
- Having strong business acumen in Manufacturing or FMCG Business
- Have a growth mindset and adaptability in fast paced environment
