Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, emails, and project coordination.
  • Oversee Facebook and Pinterest accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Assist in executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Handle daily communication and coordination with internal teams and clients.
  • Manage social media reporting and insights to track performance and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • In-depth experience managing Facebook and Pinterest accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
