Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including markets, partnerships, products, and services.

o Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. o Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.

o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote growth initiatives.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.

o Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

o Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

o Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from conception through to execution and analysis.

o Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and ROI.

o Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Work closely with the sales team to align business development and marketing strategies with sales objectives.

o Partner with product development to provide market feedback and inform product enhancements.

o Coordinate with the finance department to develop budgets and track expenditures for business development and marketing initiatives.

4. Reporting & Analysis

o Prepare regular reports on business development and marketing activities, performance, and outcomes.

o Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and inform decision-making processes.

o Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
