Director of Operations

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day technical operations (ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's overall operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Improve operational efficiency, setting clear goals and objectives for teams.
• Oversee project direction, controlling quality and ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of manpower.
• Build diverse, high-performance teams across the globe, ensuring smooth integration and creating a supportive, thriving work culture.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure high work standards are achieved across all company areas.
• Report to the executive management team and provide regular updates on project status and company performance

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Computer Science or Informatic Technology or related field.
• Has 8-15 years of experience, with 5+ years of progressive experience in project and business management within the IT industry.
• Strong soft skills, including initiative, leadership, and strategic thinking.
• I have a proven track record of improving efficiency and leading successful projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all departments (Software Developer, HR, Finance, Sales).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
