We are looking for a passionate Content Creator to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will be at the front of the camera, creating engaging content, interviewing people, and helping us expand our reach.
Are you somebody who thrives in front of the camera and loves engaging with people? Are you fluent in English, a great communicator, and persuasive? Do you have your own motorbike and are comfortable being outdoors a lot, as well as spending time indoors? Are you proactive, able to work independently, and hungry for growth?

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator at Feather & Gold in Bali. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content, conducting interviews, meeting people to gather leads, and enhancing our online and offline presence.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of Feather & Gold in our content, appearing in videos and other media
- Create engaging content for our social media channels and website
- Conduct interviews with potential investors, property owners, clients, and other stakeholders
- Meet people and gather leads for potential clients
- Work independently to plan and execute content strategies
- Be comfortable working outdoors frequently, as well as indoors
- Assist with other marketing and growth activities as required
- Use your persuasive communication skills to promote our services
- There will be bonuses for leads conversion
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great communicator and persuasive
- Comfortable being in front of the camera
- Owns a motorbike (a must)
- Lives close by to Canggu/Pererenan
- Highly proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors frequently
- Hungry for growth and a fast learner
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
- Experience in content creation is a plus but not required
- Can start immediately
Duration & Working Hours
- 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (can be flexible to your schedule)
