We are looking for ambitious individuals that are interested to pursue a career in the Recruitment space and always looking to improve their skills and hit their targets of filling challenging roles for clients, while being empathetic and excellent in asking the right questions to uncover gems and the right fit for our clients.

You will also need to be a fast learner to know and understand clients and the job requirements well. English is a must as we are dealing with English-speaking markets.

Recruitment is primarily a sales role. If you are driven to succeed and hit your targets, have an interest in uncovering talents, and hold high standards in your work, we want to speak with you!

On the job, you will be:

  • Writing good job descriptions to attract the best talents and posting on relevant job sites
  • Checking job sites daily to identify gems
  • Cold outreach through emails, Linkedin, Whatsapps, Calls
  • Cold Calls to phone screen good talents that you identify
  • Conducting interviews with potential talents to identify good talents
  • Write concise and detailed notes on why a candidate should or should not be considered
  • Handle sourcing for 6 to 8 job roles at any one time
  • Maintain professional communications and warm communications with talents at all times
  • Follow up with talents and keep organized on pipelines through our ATS system
  • Constantly innovate and find good talents through different means, whether through asking for referrals or posting on job sites / social media etc

Career Progression

  • Once you are able to consistently perform well, you will be able to progress to being a Senior Recruiter.
  • After serving as a senior recruiter, you can move on to be Recruitment Lead, leading a team for recruiters and ensuring good performance for all recruiters, or move on to be an Accounts Manager, where you assist and advise clients on their talent needs.
