Key Responsibilities:
- Trainee Development Program: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of trainees. Be the main point of contact for their needs.
- HR Business Partnering: Advise business units, offer HR solutions, and support performance management.
- HR Operations: Manage onboarding, offboarding, salary reviews, performance reviews, and ensure policy compliance.
- Strong HRBP and HR Operations experience.
- Background in professional services preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
