The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the branch to ensure its profitability and success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the branch, including sales, service, and parts departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided, resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with corporate management, reporting on financial performance, sales, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Optimize inventory management, including vehicles, parts, and other products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a management role within the automotive industry, preferably in sales or service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Understanding of financial reporting and performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales.
  • Willing to be placed in all operational areas in Eastern Indonesia is a must.
