Takenoko Clinic is opening another exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Insurance Claim Staff.
As the forefront of our clinic's main revenue source, you will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting company's account receivable (claim) to the insurance company
- Collecting proper documents claim and all the compulsory requirements
- Making analysis related with the in-charge person before submitting claims
- Doing some A/R reconciliation between insurance company & internal finance
- Collaborating with other departments to support the operations
- Dealing & making good relationships with insurance companies as business partners
To do all of the job descriptions above well, we expect you to fulfill these set of requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in all major
- At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of negotiation skills, document preparation, and claim processes
- Sufficient communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian
- The capability to read and/or write in Japanese is a big plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & database application
- Willing to be placed in Lippo Cikarang area.
