Job Description:
1. Searching candidates via Search Engine (JobStreet, LinkedIn, and any other job portal), and references based on
Requirements.
2. Using social media to advertise positions, and attract the candidates.
3. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from
prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
4. Assessing candidates to ensure qualifications match and compatibility.
5. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees,
and other candidate relationships.
6. Correctly and completely input data profile candidates in HRIS.
7. Following up candidate while still ongoing process.
8. Report weekly and monthly to Recruitment Manager
Requirements:
1. Min. Education Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable University
2. Experience min 2 years of experiences from Fintech/Headhunter/P2P/Banking Industry
3. Candidate most possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field from top university
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good analytical thinking and able to make business plan/proposal
6. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using management skill
7. Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge
