Product Development Senior Officer

As Product Development in Private Label, you will be responsible for implement SBU strategy, and oversee Sourcing and Product Planning process. You must understand the market trend and needs and deciding the product life cycle of private label products. Understanding of promotion and analytical skills on monitor inventory levels is a must to be able to deliver a good performance on this role.

Job Responsibility:

1. Develop a well-defined product assortment and work closely with design, factories and planning teams in order to deliver high-quality, profitable collections on-time to market.
2. For Merchandising – in SBU Lifestyle, need to collaborate with fashion designer to create production plan and collection plan.
3. Follow up and handle sample and production.
4. Overseeing the production timeline to match the target both timeliness and quality.
5. Coordination with Head of SBU and Product Planning to drive sales and develop a strategy through deep expertise in quality, positioning, pricing, selection, and product development.
6. Responsible on negotiation that can support category’ strategy.
7. Coordinate with campaign manager regarding campaign promotion within or across the category
8. Establish an action plan for self and others to complete work efficiently and on time by setting priorities
9. Responsible for other tasks that are assigned by the superior
